Today we continued our wellness journey by focusing on heart and circulation health! We learned simple ways to keep our hearts strong, received our new wellness journals, and each set personal goals for the month ahead.
A big congratulations to Karin, who was the winner of last month's Hydration Challenge! She took home a fun gift basket, but the real victory belongs to all of us. By making hydration a priority, everyone who participated improved their healthy habits—and that's a prize worth celebrating!
